I live and work in the beautiful county of Shropshire, England, where I am the photographer for the main local tourism website, Virtual Shropshire at www.virtual-shropshire.co.uk .

Many of the photographs you see here are impressions of Shropshire – the attractions, festivals, events, towns and, most importantly, the spectacular landscapes…….. .

I love to capture to beauty of our natural landscapes but also I try to create images that are in some way thought-provoking, which show another angle.

I started work as a professional photographer in 2001, when I came to live in England. For a long time this was my dream. Photography is my life and my life is photography.

Now, with the growth of technology we have the opportunity for greater expression and to escape the bonds of lens and. film. Though the purist may disagree, digital photography gives me the opportunity for unlimited new levels and art-forms. Sometimes, for example I will transform a photo to a watercolour painting, photo-painting, giving the viewer a greater sense of fantasy. You will find a few examples of this here on my website.
